These terms govern your use of the NOX Rewards Telegram mini app (the "App"), operated by NOX. By opening the App or connecting a Telegram account, you agree to the terms below.

The points economy

Points earned in the App have no cash value on their own. Points convert one-way to $NOX at rates set by the App and displayed before conversion. $NOX may be redeemed for in-app rewards, including funded trading evaluations, AI credits, trading credits, gift cards, and VPN access, subject to availability and eligibility checks.

Funded evaluations

Redeeming $NOX for a funded evaluation grants entry into a two-phase evaluation with its own separate rules, risk limits, and profit split. Passing an evaluation does not guarantee a funded account; all evaluation outcomes are determined by the evaluation provider's own terms.

Fair play

Instant games display their odds before play and pay out according to server-side, tamper-evident logic. Automated play, multi-accounting, and any attempt to manipulate the earn loop is prohibited and may result in a reduced earn rate, forfeiture of unredeemed points, or account suspension.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the App. The App is not available where prohibited by local law. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.

Changes

We may update these terms, conversion rates, and reward availability from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
